Steak and Charred Broccoli Potato Skillet

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
12 oz Yukon gold potatoes, diced
1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 lemon
Kosher salt
Black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Parboil the potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain well and let them steam dry.

Step 2

Season the steak with salt and pepper, sear it quickly in 1 tablespoon olive oil, then transfer it to a plate.

Step 3

Add the remaining oil, potatoes, and broccoli to the skillet and cook until the potatoes are crisp and the broccoli is charred in spots.

Step 4

Stir in the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, and balsamic vinegar, then return the steak to the skillet just to warm through.

Step 5

Finish with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
