Korean Beef Mushroom Lettuce Bowls

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 oz mushrooms, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
1 cucumber, sliced
2 scallions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the gochujang, tamari, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Step 2
Cook the beef and mushrooms in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
Step 3
Pour in the sauce and simmer until the beef is glossy and coated.
Step 4
Serve the beef with rice, lettuce leaves, cucumber, scallions, and sesame seeds.
